NCR Pads, also know and duplication pads, consists of sets of at least two sheets of NCR paper (carbonless papers). They rely on pressure to transfer writing or drawing from the top sheet to those underneath. They can be used with a ball point pen or using an impact printer such as a Dot Matrix or Daisy Wheel. NCR sets are perfect for forms where an instant duplicate is required such as an invoice, receipt, maintenance report or estimate.

NCR Pad Printing Options

NCR stands for “no carbon required”. The previous method for duplicatong forms required a loose carbon sheet to be manually placed between the forms each time which could be messy and unreliable. Moreover, after the carbon sheet was used several times, the quality of the copy would deterioriate. Not requiring the old fashioned carbon sheet makes these forms much easier to use and perfect for completing while out and about.  No messing around with pages, simply complete the form and you’ll have two or three copies ready for the right depatments.

At CPI London we offer 2, 3 or 4 sheet NCRs that can be printed single or double sided with 1 or 2 colours.

• Glued together in pads or sets – ready to use
